How it works
Your reference is printed
The moment your enquiry arrives it is given a reference, in the style of CLN-2026-00001, and placed on the board for review.
We check the postcode
Twice over, because the two are different questions: is it a real UK postcode, and does it fall in an area we cover?
A person reviews it
Nothing is confirmed automatically. A member of the team reads your requirements and looks at which appointments could suit.
We agree the appointment
We contact you by the method you chose, and only once a slot has been reserved and agreed is anything confirmed.
The clean happens
Your cleaner works from the same card you filled in: the service, the property, and every requirement you wrote down.
